Steffi Gutschwager trained as a certified business assistant for data processing at the Vocational School of the private training Academy for Economy and Administration GmbH Berlin/Nauen. Subsequently she completed her advanced technical college entrance qualification in the field of economics and administration.

In 1999, she joined Sauerbruch Hutton in Office Management and built up the Finance Department, which she still heads today with her own team and her own focus on financial controlling. She is also working with many years of experience at human resources. She has been a partner at Sauerbruch Hutton since 2020.
